Activation Assistance for Younger Pro (AHfJ)

The measure "Aktivierungshilfen für Jüngere Pro" (Activation aids for younger people) offers the possibility of vocational orientation through a practical trial in the in-house warehouse, during which you are accompanied by our instructors. This also includes acquiring a forklift licence, which increases your chances on the job and vocational training market. As part of this trial, you will receive support from our job coaches in deciding on a career and can prepare for recruitment and selection tests. Through the application training, you will learn to present yourself at your best and thus complete an internship in an external company. Placement in a vocational training programme or the transition to a pre-vocational training measure are the main focus alongside practical testing. Together with our social educators, you will learn to recognise and develop your strengths and key competencies. 

The measure is aimed at young people under the age of 25 who receive benefits from the job centre, have completed compulsory schooling, have not yet completed their initial vocational training and are looking for a career perspective.
