As a non-profit company, we do not pursue our own economic interests. GfB is part of the municipal services of general interest and sees itself as a service provider with a dual mission:
The central tasks are therefore counselling, activation, qualification and placement of our clients: We help school students in their career choice orientation, school graduates in their search for apprenticeships, train apprentices ourselves and support young people during their vocational training. We introduce unemployed people to the labour market and place them in employment. Together with professionals, we develop further and/or alternative career perspectives. We advise and help migrants with the recognition of qualifications acquired abroad.
We support companies in finding the right trainees or employees for them. Through further training and qualification, we put your existing staff in a position to successfully meet the increasing demands of the labour market.
The successful implementation of these tasks requires an efficient quality policy. We want to meet the requirements of our public clients and companies to their complete satisfaction. At the same time, it is our aspiration to take into account the individual needs and qualifications of the people who come to us in order to provide them with the best possible support.
Therefore, the following principles guide our quality policy:
On the basis of this quality policy, we develop goals, projects and programmes, ensure their constant updating and further development and thus bring about the continuous improvement of our labour market services.
